Did you get it right?
This logic puzzle asks you to decide who took the cookie when only one person is telling the truth.

The Answer
The correct answer is: Carol.
Here is why
- If Alice tells the truth, Bob took it, but then Carol is also telling the truth that Alice is lying cannot both be true, so Alice is not truthful.
- If Bob tells the truth, Alice took it; then Alice is lying and Carol is telling the truth, giving two truthful people, so Bob cannot be truthful.
- If Carol is the only truthful person, Alice and Bob are both lying. That means Bob did not take it and Alice did not take it, so Carol took the cookie.
